Our services provide companions who are warm and inviting. Each one is compassionate, caring, and fully equipped to handle the special needs of the elderly and the physically challenged.

Home Health Aides

Our aides are trained and qualified to carry out health care tasks, assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and other related supportive tasks to a patient with health care needs in his/her home, under the supervision of a registered professional nurse of licensed therapist.

Skilled Nursing

Our nurses monitor and treat a patient's unique responses to health problems, perform health assessments to identify new symptoms of possibly undiagnosed conditions or complications, teach & counsel patients about maintenance of health, and more!

Private Pay

Most home care charges are paid by the government through its Medicare and Medicaid programs. In addition, many services are paid by insurance, managed care programs, Veterans Administration, Workers' Compensation, and more...

CDPAP Services

New York Health Care, Inc. has been approved by the New York State Department of Health to provide CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) services. Find out more here...

CDPAP Eligibility

Recipients must live in the New York State, be eligible for New York State Medicaid, and be currently receiving or approved to receive long-term home care service by the Department of Social Services.
